Embarking from Moshi, we head to the Rongai Gate, the starting point of our adventure. The trail winds through lush rainforests, revealing the diverse flora and fauna of the region. As we ascend, temperatures drop, and the landscape transforms. Our first camp, Simba Camp, nestled amidst the moorlands, offers stunning views of the surrounding valleys.
