Kibo Hut, nestled at an elevation of about 4,703 meters, will be your resting place for the night. Recharge, hydrate, and mentally prepare for the challenging final ascent to Uhuru Peak.

Day 6 begins in darkness as you start the climb to Uhuru Peak from Kibo Hut. The route follows a steep and rocky path, testing your physical and mental strength. Descend back to Kibo Hut for a quick rest before continuing to Horombo Hut. The descent will be tiring, but the satisfaction of conquering the mountain will keep you going.
