The adventure commences with a drive to the Londorossi gate, the starting point of the Lemosho Route. The hike kicks off through verdant rainforests, immersing you in a variety of flora and fauna. As you trek, you cover approximately 7 kilometers, witnessing the transition from lush vegetation to the towering Mti Mkubwa, where camp awaits.

Leaving the rainforest behind, the trail opens up to the expansive Shira Plateau. Trekking across this plateau, you ascend to Shira 1 Camp, navigating through moorland.
